| Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment of the present invention relates to a descending device wherein a first descending device and a second descending device are disposed in one base plate. Moreover, at least one of a wheel hub and a brake pad which are included in a second centrifugal brake unit of the second descending device has a magnetic member. Accordingly, a brake force is provided by a first centrifugal brake unit when a rotational force of a predetermined threshold value or less is at work, and an additional brake force is provided by the second centrifugal brake unit when a rotational force of at least a predetermined threshold value. Therefore, a user can be safely and rapidly escaped.
