Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a stretched film, which contains at least 100 ppm of a solvent, and satisfies that Is/It is 0.7 to 3.0 in formula (1), wherein the Is is the crystallization peak intensity of a film surface layer measured by a GIXA method, and the It is the crystallization peak intensity inside the film measured by the GIXA method after removing 30 to 70% of the whole film thickness from the surface of the film. 연신 필름은, 100ppm 이상의 용매를 함유하고, 조건식 (1); Is/It=0.7 내지 3.0을 만족한다. 단, Is는, GIXA법으로 측정한 필름 표층의 결정화 피크 강도이고, It는, 필름의 표면으로부터 필름 전체 두께의 30 내지 70%를 제거한 후에, GIXA법으로 측정한 필름 내부의 결정화 피크 강도이다.
