Zusammenfassung:	According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for analyzing the characteristics of utterance to determine the authenticity of report comprises the steps of: (a) receiving a dialogue voice signal between a call receiver and a reporter; (b) extracting first utterance section data from a voice signal of the call receiver and extracting second utterance section data from a voice signal of the reporter; and (c) determining whether content of report of the reporter is false based on the first utterance section data and second utterance section data. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 신고의 진위 여부를 판단하기 위한 발화 특징 분석 방법은 (a) 수보자와 신고자 간의 대화 음성 신호를 수신하는 단계; (b) 수보자의 음성 신호에서 제 1 발화구간 데이터를 추출하고, 신고자의 음성 신호에서 제 2 발화구간 데이터를 추출하는 단계; 및 (c) 제 1 발화구간 데이터 및 제 2 발화구간 데이터에 기초하여 신고자의 신고 내용이 거짓인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 가지게 된다.
