피부 외용제 조성물

본 발명의 피부 외용 조성물은 0.1질량％∼8질량％의 비유화형 실리콘 엘라스토머와, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘 계면 활성제와, 친수성 비이온성 계면 활성제를 함유하는 것으로, 친수성 비이온성 계면 활성제가 글리세린 유도체형 계면 활성제를 포함하고, 실리콘 엘라스토머 1질량부에 대해, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘 계면 활성제는 0.3질량부 이상이고, 실리콘 엘라스토머 1질량부에 대해, 친수성 비이온성 계면 활성제는 0.2질량부 이상이고, 양쪽성 계면 활성제를 함유하는 경우에는 양쪽성 계면 활성제는 글리세린 유도체형 계면 활성제 1질량부에 대해, 1.5질량부 이하이며, 조성물의 점도는 9,500mPa·s 이하인 것이다. An external composition for skin comprises 0.1% by mass to 8% by mass of a non-emulsified silicone elastomer; a polyether-modified silicone surfactant; and a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant. The hydrophilic nonionic surfactant comprises a glycerin-derived surfactant. The polyether-modified silicone surfactant is 0.3 part by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. The glycerin-derived surfactant is 0.2 part by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. In a case where an amphoteric surfactant is included, the amphoteric surfactant is 1.5 parts by mass or less with respect to 1 part by mass of the glycerin-derived surfactant. The viscosity of the composition is 9,500 mPa·s or less.
