Zusammenfassung: | Provided by the present invention is an effective prevention means for the control of iridovirus infection of fish against species such as sea bream. A vaccine formulation against iridovirus infection of fish provided by the present invention contains inactivated iridovirus as an antigen and is injected at least 10^(7.0) TCID_(50) per dose. The present invention is able to effectively prevent iridovirus infection such as red sea bream iridovirus disease against fish species of sea bream which were considered to have low vaccine effects conventionally by injecting inactivated iridovirus as an antigen at least 10^(7.0) TCID_(50) per dose. The present invention is able to increase the concentration of iridovirus in the vaccine formulation up to a degree capable of injecting at least 10^(7.0) TCID_(50) per dose by containing the concentrated solution of culture supernatant when the iridovirus was propagated in cultured cells or cultured cells infected with virus and the culture supernatant.

[해결 수단] 불활화된 이리도바이러스를 항원으로서 함유하고, 1회당 10TCID이상 투여하는, 어류의 이리도바이러스 감염증에 대한 백신 제제 등을 제공한다. 불활화된 이리도바이러스를, 항원으로서 1회당 10TCID이상 투여함으로써, 종래 백신 효과가 낮다고 여겨졌던 돌돔속 어종 등에 대해서도, 참돔이리도바이러스병 등의 이리도바이러스 감염증을 효율적으로 예방할 수 있다. 이리도바이러스를 배양 세포에서 증식시켰을 때의 배양 상청의 농축액, 또는 배양 상청 및 바이러스 감염 한 배양 세포를 함유시키는 것 등에 의해, 백신 제제 중에 있어서의 이리도바이러스의 농도를, 1회당 10TCID이상 투여할 수 있는 정도까지 높일 수 있다. |
