Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing cellulose derivative particles, cellulose derivative particles manufactured thereby and absorbent articles including the same. The method of manufacturing cellulose derivative particles comprises: (1) a step of obtaining alkaline cellulose by making cellulose react with an alkalizing agent; (2) a step of obtaining carboxymethyl cellulose (hereinafter, referred to as CMC) by making the alkaline cellulose react with a carboxymethylation agent; (3) a primary crosslinking step of obtaining a cellulose derivative in a slurry state by making the CMC react with a core crosslinking agent; (4) a step of obtaining a cellulose derivative in a dough state by filtering the cellulose derivative in the slurry state and mixing the filtered cellulose derivative with water; (5) a step of obtaining a cellulose derivative in a particle state by drying and grinding the cellulose derivative in the dough state; and (6) a secondary crosslinking step of obtaining a cellulose derivative particle having a core-shell structure by making the cellulose derivative in the particle state react with a surface crosslinking agent. The cellulose derivative particle manufactured according to the present invention has excellent dispersibility and absorption properties, and also has excellent blood wettability, thereby being desirably used for absorbent articles, and particularly, sanitary products for women for absorbing blood.
본 발명은 (1) 셀룰로오스를 알칼리화제와 반응시켜 알칼리화 셀룰로오스를 얻는 단계; (2) 상기 알칼리화된 셀룰로오스를 카르복시메틸화제와 반응시켜 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스(carboxymethyl cellulose, 이하 'CMC'라 함)를 얻는 단계; (3) 상기 CMC를 코어 가교제와 반응시켜 슬러리 상태의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 얻는 1차 가교단계; (4) 상기 슬러리 상태의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 여과한 후, 물과 혼합하여 반죽 상태의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 얻는 단계; (5) 상기 반죽 상태의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 건조하고, 분쇄하여 입자상의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 얻는 단계; 및 (6) 상기 입자상의 셀룰로오스 유도체를 표면 가교제와 반응시켜 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 셀룰로오스 유도체 입자를 얻는 2차 가교단계;를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 유도체 입자의 제조방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 셀룰로오스 유도체 입자 및 이를 포함하는 흡수성 물품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 셀룰로오스 유도체 입자는 분산성 및 흡수성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 혈액 젖음성이 우수하여 흡수성 물품, 특히 혈액 흡수용 여성용품에 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다. |
