| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for converting a buffer through two-stage diafiltration and, more specifically, to a method for diafiltering a solution containing a protein, a method for preparing a protein preparation by using the same, and a protein preparation obtained using the same. The present invention enables fast and effective progress for the establishment of buffer conversion and concentration processes of a sample containing a protein and enables the effective production of a protein drug formulation with a desired buffer in a desired concentration. Additionally, the present invention has small variations in the pH for each stage, thereby being effective in maintaining the stability of a protein.
