Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a highly elastic liquid band including water-dispersible polyurethane as an active ingredient to form a coating layer upon application. The water-dispersible polyurethane with viscosity of 2,000 to 5,000 cps at 25°C is obtained by undergoing the following steps: carrying out a reaction by inserting 10 to 50 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound to 100 parts by weight of a mixed solution containing a compound having a potential ionic groups, polyol, and a polymeric matrix former and then neutralizing the same; dispersing the same in 120 to 300 parts by weight of deionized water (DIW) to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer water dispersion having an NCO terminal group; and reacting the same with an amine-based chain extender in an aqueous solution to extend polyurethane chains. 본 발명은 도포 시 피막을 형성하는 유효성분으로 수분산 폴리우레탄을 포함하되, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 고분자 매트릭스 형성재와 폴리올 및 잠재적 이온기를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 혼합용액 100중량부에 이소시아네이트 화합물을 10~50중량부 투입하여 반응시킨 후 중화시키고 이를 120~300중량부의 탈이온수(DIW)에 수분산시켜 NCO 말단기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 수분산체를 얻은 다음 수용액상의 아민계 쇄연장제와 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 사슬을 연장시켜 얻은 것이며, 25℃에서 2,000~5,000cps의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 액상밴드에 관한 것이다.
