Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an oriented electric steel sheet and a manufacturing method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the oriented electric steel sheet includes: 3.0-5.0 wt% of Si; 0.01-0.15 wt% of C; 0.1-1.5 wt% of Mn; and residues including Fe and inevitable impurities. The manufacturing method for the same includes: a step of heating a slab satisfying the following equation 1 and equation 2; a step of manufacturing a hot rolled plate by hot-rolling the slab; a step of manufacturing a cold rolled plate by hot rolling the slab; a step of firstly recrystallizing and annealing the cold rolled plate; and a step of secondly recrystallizing and annealing the cold rolled plate in which the first recrystallizing and annealing are completed.
