Zusammenfassung: | According to one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid crystal display device is applied with a color filter on TFT (COT) structure where a color filter is formed on an array substrate in an ultra-large model, and has asymmetrically designed sub-pixels by arranging two thin film transistors of left and right sub-pixels inside a circuit part of any one among the sub-pixels neighboring in left and right directions. Accordingly, an opening area of the other sub-pixel can be expanded to maximize a transmission and an opening rate.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치는, 초대형 모델에서 컬러필터를 어레이 기판에 형성한 COT(Color filter On TFT) 구조를 적용하며, 좌우로 이웃하는 서브-화소들 중 어느 하나의 서브-화소의 회로부 내에 좌우 서브-화소들의 2개의 박막트랜지스터를 함께 배치하여 서브-화소를 비대칭 설계함으로써, 다른 하나의 서브-화소의 개구영역을 확장할 수 있어 투과율과 개구율을 극대화할 수 있다. |
