Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a device for inserting an electrical steel sheet sleeve. The device for inserting the electrical steel sheet sleeve comprises: a guide rail installed in a bottom surface; a sleeve loading part which is located on a side surface of the guide rail, and which is loaded with a plurality of sleeves inserted into a tension reel therein; and a multi-joint robot wherein a main body installed in the guide rail to be movable, an arm part rotatably installed in the main body, and a sleeve clamping part installed in the arm part to clamp the sleeve are installed such that the sleeve is inserted into the tension reel.
