The vessel exhaust gas treatment device comprises: a scrubber main body; a spray unit spraying seawater into the scrubber main body; and at least one pump connected to the spray unit to supply the seawater to the spray unit. The spray unit has a plurality of spray units arranged to have at least two rows to the scrubber main body. 스크러버 본체와, 스크러버 본체 내부에 해수를 분사하기 위한 분사부 및 상기 분사부에 연결되어 해수를 상기 분사부로 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 펌프를 포함하며, 상기 분사부는 상기 스크러버 본체에 적어도 2열을 가지도록 배치되는 복수개의 분사유닛을 구비하는 선박 배기가스 처리 장치가 개시된다.
