Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for cooling a hot rolled steel sheet and a method for cooling the hot rolled steel sheet using the same. More specifically, the composition for cooling the hot rolled steel sheet comprises 0.1-3 wt% of a phosphate ester compound, 6-10 wt% of a C_(3-10) cycloalkyl amine compound, 1-5 wt% of an EDTA, and the remaining consisting of water. The method for cooling the hot rolled steel sheet comprises a step of applying the composition for cooling the hot rolled steel sheet to a hot rolled steel sheet. Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to provide the composition for cooling the hot rolled steel sheet capable of suppressing an occurrence of rust on a scale layer of the hot rolled steel sheet. 본 발명은 열연강판 냉각용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 열연 강판의 냉각 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 인산에스테르계 화합물 0.1 내지 3 중량%, C사이클로알킬 아민계 화합물 6 내지 10중량%, EDTA 1 내지 5 중량% 및 잔부의 물을 포함하는, 열연강판 냉각용 조성물; 및 상기 열연강판 냉각용 조성물을 열연 강판에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 열연 강판의 냉각 방법에 관한 것이다.
