Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a light shutter panel and a reflective display device including the same. The light shutter panel is designed to form an electrochromic pattern only in a pixel region, to selectively form an insulating layer pattern in a non-pixel region on an upper electrode, and to have different ion conductivities in electrolyte layers of the pixel region and the non-pixel region. By applying the light shutter panel of the present invention, light transmittance can be improved, and a reflective display device which has a fast response speed, no color change, and a high image quality can be provided.
본 발명은 화소영역으로만 선택적으로 전기변색패턴을 형성하고, 상부 전극 상의 비-화소영역에 선택적으로 절연층 패턴을 형성하며, 화소영역과 비-화소영역의 전해질층에서의 이온 전도도를 다르게 설계한 광 셔터 패널 및 이를 포함하는 반사형 표시장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 광 셔터 패널을 적용하여, 광 투과율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 응답 속도가 빠르며 색상 변화가 없는 우수한 화질을 구현하는 반사형 표시장치를 제조할 수 있다. |
