A second electrode of a separate storage capacitor is not formed on top of a first electrode of the storage capacitor, but a drain electrode is extended to cope with the second electrode of the storage capacitor. 본 발명은 마스크 수 및 콘택 홀 수를 감소시킬 수 있는 OLED 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 스토리지 커패시터의 제 1 전극 상측에 별도의 스토리지 커패시터의 제 2 전극을 형성하지 않고, 상기 드레인 전극을 연장 형성하여 스토리지 커패시터의 제 2 전극으로 대처한 것이다.
