Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a polyurethane composition which is eco-friendly and has excellent tensile strength, elongation rates, hardness characteristics and the like by not comprising four harmful heavy metals which are environment regulation materials, a phthalate-based plasticizer, and also 4,4′-methylenebis(2-chloroaniline) (MOCA); and a method for manufacturing the same. 본 발명은, 환경 규제 물질인 4대 유해 중금속과, 프탈레이트계 가소제를 포함하지 않으며, 나아가 MOCA(4,4'-Methylenebis(2-chloroaniline))를 포함하지 않아, 친환경적이면서도 우수한 인장 강도, 신장율, 경도 등의 특성을 갖는 폴리우레탄 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
