Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a battery charging method and a system thereof capable of shortening the charging time of a battery. The battery charging method comprises the steps of: providing a charging electric current of a predetermined intensity according to the current state of charge (SOC) of the battery and the battery temperature to the battery when the charging of the battery is started; determining whether the charging electric current may increase due to the temperature increase of the battery; and increasing the temperature of the battery when being determined that the charge electric current can be increased according to the temperature increase of the battery. 배터리 충전 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 배터리의 충전이 개시되면, 배터리의 현재 SOC 및 배터리 온도에 따라 사전 설정된 크기의 충전 전류를 배터리로 제공하는 단계; 상기 배터리의 승온에 따른 충전 전류 상승 가능 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 배터리의 승온에 따른 충전 전류 상승이 가능한 것으로 판단된 경우 상기 배터리의 온도를 상승시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
