Low Temperature Tester

Provided is a low temperature test device, which can improve cooling efficiency by minimizing evaporation of a cooling fluid supplied to a cooling chamber of a low temperature test unit. The disclosed low temperature test device may comprise: a low temperature test unit performing a low temperature material test of an object to be measured, and having a cooling chamber in a housing; a first tank in which the cooling fluid is stored; and a second tank supplying the cooling fluid supplied from the first tank to the cooling chamber. Here, the second tank is connected to the first tank through a first supply line. The cooling chamber is connected to the second tank through a second supply line. The second supply line is connected to a discharge unit installed at a lower portion of the second tank. Furthermore, the discharge unit has a funnel shape in a wide-top and narrow-bottom form. According to the low temperature test unit, cooling efficiency of a test device is enhanced, and the cooling fluid is smoothly fed at a uniform flow rate. 저온시험부의 냉각챔버에 공급되는 냉각유체의 기화를 최소화함으로써 냉각효율을 높일 수 있는 저온시험장치가 제공된다. 개시되는 저온시험장치는, 측정대상물의 저온 물성시험을 수행하며, 하우징 내부에 냉각챔버를 구비하는 저온시험부; 냉각유체가 저장되는 제1 탱크; 및 상기 제1 탱크에서 공급된 냉각유체를 상기 냉각챔버에 공급하는 제2 탱크;를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 제2 탱크는 상기 제1 탱크와 제1 공급라인을 통해 연결되고, 상기 냉각챔버는 상기 제2 탱크와 제2 공급라인을 통해 연결되며, 상기 제2 공급라인은 상기 제2 탱크의 하부에 설치된 배출부와 연결될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 배출부는 상광하협(上廣下狹)의 깔때기 형상을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 저온시험장치에 의하면, 시험장치의 냉각효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 냉각유체를 일정한 유량으로 원활히 이송할 수 있게 된다.
