Adhesive Hydrogel Composition For Wound Healing

The present invention relates to an adhesive hydrogel composition for wound healing, which is a composition for producing a polyurethane hydrogel, composed of a polyurethane prepolymer, a polyol, and a crosslinking agent. The adhesive hydrogel composition comprises 0.1 to 8 wt% of silk fibroin, 1 to 5 wt% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose as a first gelling agent, 0.1 to 4 wt% of a second gelling agent, 3 to 15 wt% of the polyurethane prepolymer, 10 to 50 wt% of the polyol, and 0.5 to 10 wt% of a starch grafted acrylate copolymer, and the rest is composed of water. 본 발명은 폴리우레탄프레폴리머, 폴리올, 및 가교제로 조성되는 폴리우레탄하이드로겔 제조용 조성물에 있어서, 실크피브로인 0.1 내지 8 중량%, 제1 겔화제로서 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 1 내지 5 중량%, 제2 겔화제 0.1내지 4 중량% 및 폴리우레탄프레폴리머 3~15wt%, 폴리올 10~50wt%, 아크릴산전분공중합체 0.5~10wt%이고 나머지가 물로 조성되는 상처치료용 점착성 하이드로겔 조성물에 관한 것이다.
