Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a steel process simulation apparatus and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steel process simulation apparatus comprises: an interpretation condition provision unit into which entered is simulation condition information of steel products to be produced and a manufacturing process; a simulation processing unit which virtually drives the steel products produced by a virtual facility based on the condition information entered into the interpretation condition provision unit; and a result output unit which provides a result value by the simulation processing unit to a user. The interpretation condition provision unit may comprise: a process layout generation unit which generates and adjusts layout information of a virtual facility which is three-dimensionally modeled to be the same as an actual facility; a work condition generation unit which generates and adjust a virtual work condition information; and a product condition generation unit into which entered is an information of the steel products to be produced. The present invention aims to provide the steel process simulation apparatus and the method thereof, which are able to predict optimal conditions for product quality and processes and reduce time, cost, and labor spent for mass-producing the products.
철강공정 시뮬레이션 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 의한 철강공정 시뮬레이션 장치는 생산하고자 하는 철강제품 및 제조공정의 시뮬레이션 조건정보를 입력하는 해석조건 제공부, 해석조건 제공부에 입력된 조건정보에 근거하여 가상설비에 의해 생산되는 철강제품을 가상 구동하는 시뮬레이션 처리부 및 시뮬레이션 처리부에 의한 결과값을 사용자에게 제공하는 결과출력부를 포함하고, 해석조건 제공부는 실제설비와 동일하게 3D 모델링된 가상설비의 레이아웃 정보를 생성 및 조정하는 공정 레이아웃 생성부와, 가상의 조업조건 정보를 생성 및 조정하는 조업조건 생성부와, 생산하고자 하는 철강제품의 정보를 입력하는 제품조건 생성부를 포함하여 제공될 수 있다. |
