Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a connecting structure of a propeller shaft and a rear differential and an assembly method thereof, in a connecting structure of a propeller shaft connected to a transmission and a rear differential connected to a drive shaft, wherein the connecting structure comprises: a restrictor for fixing a yoke of the propeller shaft to a differential pinion; and a retainer ring for fixing the restrictor to the yoke of the propeller shaft. 본 발명은 변속기와 연결되는 프로펠러샤프트와 구동축과 연결되는 리어 디퍼렌셜의 연결구조에 있어서, 프로펠러샤프트의 요크를 디퍼렌셜 피니언에 고정시키는 리스트릭터, 상기 리스트릭터를 상기 프로펠러샤프트의 요크에 고정시키는 리테이너링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로펠러샤프트와 리어 디퍼렌셜의 연결구조와 그 조립방법에 관한 것이다.
