The polyamide-imide copolymer of the present invention comprises: a first repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1; a second repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2; and a third repeating unit represented by chemical formula 3. 본 발명에 따른 폴리아미드-이미드 공중합체는, 열적 안정성이 우수하고 동시에 기계적 물성이 뛰어나며, 비등방성을 구현할 수 있는, 폴리이미드-이미드 필름의 제공을 가능케 한다.
