Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hot extrusion permanent magnet which manufactures a hot extrusion magnet (1-1) by applying a strong magnetic field hot extrusion process in which a magnetic domain arrangement enhancement is generated by a strong magnetic field in a magnetic raw material (2) after a secondary pressure pressurization process by hot press vertical pressurization followed by a primary press pressurization process by cold press vertical pressurization of a magnetic raw material (1), and manufactures an interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor (100) increasing a coercive force without using heavy rare earth such as dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) by embedding the hot extrusion magnet (1-1) in a rotor (120). 본 발명의 열간 압출 영구자석 제조공법은 자석원료(1)의 냉간 프레스 수직 가압에 의한 1차 프레스 가압 공정과 이에 이어진 열간 프레스 수직 가압에 의한 2차 프레스 가압 공정 후 상기 자석원료(1)에 강자계에 의한 자구 배열 효과 강화가 발생되는 강자계 열간 압출 공정이 적용되어 열간 압출 자석(1-1)을 제조하고, 상기 열간 압출 자석(1-1)이 회전자(120)에 매입됨으로써 디스프로슘(Dy)과 터븀(Tb)과 같은 중희토류 사용 없이도 보자력이 높아지는 IPM(Interior Permanent Magnet) 모터(100)의 제조가 이루어지는 특징을 갖는다.
