Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a vehicle body that increases corrosion resistance while reducing a weight, and improves ease of assembly and a freedom degree. A coupling structure of a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a metal material formed of a metal plate; a composite material of which one portion is overlapped with the metal material to have a coupling point of the metal material, and formed with a thermoplastic material; a coupling hole drilled at the coupling point of the metal material; and a coupling unit formed to protrude from the composite material to penetrate into the metal material through the coupling hole. One end of the coupling unit is heated to be deformed to form a head portion, and the metal material may be engaged with the composite material and the head portion. 본 발명은 중량을 저감시키면서도 내식성이 증대되고, 조립의 용이성 및 자유도가 향상된 차체의 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차체의 결합구조는, 금속재질의 판으로 형성되는 금속재와, 상기 금속재와의 체결점을 갖도록 일부분이 상기 금속재와 중첩되고, 열가소성 소재의 판으로 형성되는 복합재와, 상기 금속재의 체결점에 천공되는 체결홀과, 상기 체결홀을 통하여 상기 금속재를 관통하도록 상기 복합재로부터 돌출되어 형성되는 체결부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 체결부 일단의 가열에 의한 변형에 따라 헤드부가 형성되면서 상기 금속재는 상기 복합재와 상기 헤드부에 물릴 수 있다.
