Organic light emitting display apparatus

According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device comprising a substrate, a display part disposed on the substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the display part, an integrated circuit element disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from the encapsulation layer, and a protection part disposed on the encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer comprises at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer. An end of the protection part is located outside the end of the substrate.
