| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device comprising: an anode; an organic material layer being in contact with the anode, and including soluble polyimide; a light emitting part having a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic light emitting layer, and an electron transport layer sequentially laminated on the anode; and a cathode on the light emitting part. By forming the organic material layer with a soluble polyimide, the lifespan of the organic light emitting display device can be improved by minimizing an outgassing phenomenon.
본 발명은 유기발광 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 애노드, 애노드와 접하고, 가용성 폴리이미드(soluble polyimide)를 포함하는 유기물층, 애노드 상에서 순차적으로 적층된 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 유기 발광층 및 전자 수송층을 갖는 발광부 및 발광부 상의 캐소드를 포함한다. 유기물층을 가용성 폴리이미드로 형성함으로써, 아웃개싱 현상을 최소화하여 유기발광 표시장치의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
