The processor is set to divide an image into multiple sub-images, to generate multiple pieces of compression data by compressing the divided multiple sub-images, to generate multiple payloads corresponding to the multiple pieces of the compression data, to generate multiple headers corresponding to the generated multiple payloads, and to store the generated multiple payloads and the generated multiple headers in the memory, wherein the generated multiple payloads can have the same size.
