Zusammenfassung: | An active calcium producing method has a step of putting natural shell materials in a heat-resistant container, placing the natural shell materials into a heat-resistant electric furnace, and then calcining calcium powder for 6 to 10 hours at the temperature of 700 to 1,500°C in an electric furnace. The present invention creates a matrix for four conditions of firing temperature/time and electrolysis voltage/time respectively into three in order to draw out the proper conditions of a sample to be developed, conducts test production of total 3 × 3 × 3 × 3 = 81 times in a small electric furnace for sample development, draws out optimal production conditions, and based on the conditions, redraws out conditions for mass production in a large electric furnace. By the above, the present invention confirms that, in a case of a small electric furnace and a large electric furnace, a material having CaO with purity of 95% or more, which is desired in the present research, is produced only when firing the material for 10 hours or more at the temperature of 1,350°C or more.
활성칼슘의 제조방법은 천연 패각 원료를 내열 용기에 넣어 내열성 전기로에 넣은 후 전기로에서 700∼1,500℃의 온도에서 칼슘 분말을 6∼10시간 동안 소성 전기분해하는 단계로, 개발시료의 적정조건을 도출하기 위하여 소성온도/시간, 전기분해 전압/시간 등 4개 조건을 각각 3개로 Matrix하여 시료개발을 위하여 총 3×3×3×3=81회의 시험생산을 소형전기로에서 수행하여 최적의 제조조건 도출하고 이 조건에 의거하여 대형전기로에서 양산조건을 재도출하였으며, 그 결과 소형전기로 및 대형전기로의 경우, 1,350℃이상의 온도에서 10시간 이상을 소성하여야만, 본 연구에서 원하고 있는 CaO 순도 95% 이상의 소재가 만들어 지는 것을 확인하였다. |
