Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a modular pressure control smart nozzle, and more specifically, to a modular pressure control smart nozzle which can be detached from or attached to a three-dimensional printer in a modular form, and is for controlling extrusion rate of the pellet type material according to pressure so that a linear material and a pellet type material can be mixed at a preset ratio when fusing and extruding the linear material and the pellet type material. An objective of the present invention is to provide a modular pressure control smart nozzle for strengthening physical properties by extruding the pellet type material and the linear material having different material characteristics into a predetermined form. The modular pressure control smart nozzle of the present invention, as a modular pressure control smart nozzle which can be detached from or attached to the three-dimensional printer in the modular form and is constructed to be able to control extrusion rate according to extrusion pressure, includes: an extrusion cylinder to which the pellet type material is supplied; a hollow-shaped filament supply path which is longitudinally disposed in the center of the extrusion cylinder to supply the linear material; a screw which is rotatably coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the filament supply path to extrude the pellet type material within the extrusion cylinder; a plurality of heaters which are disposed in an outer circumferential surface of the extrusion cylinder; a nozzle tip which performs an extrusion process so that the linear material is disposed in the center of the pellet type material melted by the heaters; a pressure sensor which measures a pressure change before the melted pellet type material is extruded through the nozzle tip; and a screw control motor which controls the extrusion rate by adjusting rotational speed of the screw according to a pressure measured through the pressure sensor, thereby rotating the screw.
본 발명은 모듈형 압력 제어 스마트노즐에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 3D 프린터에 모듈 형태로 탈부착 가능하되, 선형 소재와 펠릿형 소재를 융합하여 압출할 때, 기 설정된 비율로 혼합될 수 있도록 압력에 따라 펠릿형 소재의 압출속도를 제어하기 위한 모듈형 압력 제어 스마트노즐에 관한 것이다. 또한, 3D 프린터에 모듈 형태로 탈부착 가능하되, 압출 압력에 따라 압출 속도를 제어할 수 있도록 구성된 모듈형 압력 제어 스마트노즐에 있어서, 펠릿형 재료가 공급되는 압출 실린더와 상기 압출 실린더의 중앙에 길이방향으로 배치되어 선형 재료가 공급되는 중공 형태의 필라멘트 공급로와 상기 필라멘트 공급로의 외주면에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 압출 실린더 내의 펠릿형 재료를 압출하기 위한 스크류와 상기 압출 실린더의 외주면에 배치되는 복수 개의 히터와 상기 히터에 의해 용융된 펠릿형 소재의 중심에 선형 소재가 배치되도록 압출하는 노즐선단과 용융된 펠릿형 소재가 노즐선단을 통해 압출되기전의 압력 변화를 측정하 |
