Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polylactic acid copolymer having excellent transparency and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to the polylactic acid copolymer which has high molecular weight and excellent transparency by including a lactyl repeating unit and an aliphatic polycarbonate copolymer, and a producing method thereof. The polylactic acid copolymer according to the present invention can be used beneficially for a packing material which requires transparency by having significantly improved transparency compared to a polylactic acid homopolymer while having a high molecular weight. The polylactic acid copolymer producing method of the present invention is able to produce a polylactic acid copolymer having a high molecular weight without adding an additional compatibilizer by using an aliphatic polycarbonate copolymer having a hydroxyl group at an end as a polymerization initiator of polylactic acid. 본 발명은 투명성이 우수한 폴리락트산 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 락틸 반복단위 및 지방족 폴리카보네이트 공중합체를 포함하여 분자량이 높고 투명성이 우수한 폴리락트산 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리락트산 공중합체는 고분자량인 동시에 폴리락트산 단독중합체 대비 현저히 향상된 투명성을 나타내기 때문에, 투명성이 요구되는 포장재 용도로 매우 유용하게 활용이 될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 폴리락트산 공중합체 제조방법은 말단에 히드록시기를 갖는 지방족 폴리카보네이트 공중합체를 폴리락트산의 중합 개시제로 사용하여 추가적인 상용화제의 투입 없이 고분자량의 폴리락트산 공중합체 제조가 가능하다.
