MAINTENANCE DEVICE OF CONTROL VALVE FOR HEAVY MACHINERY

The present invention relates to a control valve repair device for heavy machinery capable of rotating a control valve to be repaired while the control valve is mounted thereon, and simultaneously performing an operation while a position is changed into an optimal position for repair through tilting. Therefore, repair may be efficient, while a pleasant and safe working environment is maintained. The control valve repair device comprises: a frame composed of a support leg of which height can be adjusted, a vertical bar, and a horizontal bar; a support provided to prevent a foreign substance, generated in a process of repairing a control valve, from falling to an upper portion of the fame; direction change devices installed to change a direction by tilting a control valve to be repaired upwards in a position adjacent to an upper surface of the support in the front and rear of a left side end of the support; and a valve mounting device installed to rotate the control valve by maintaining a direction perpendicular to an axial center of the direction change device to easily repair the control valve in the direction change device. 본 발명은 정비하고자 하는 컨트롤밸브를 장착한 상태에서 회전함과 동시에 틸틸을 통하여 정비하기에 최적의 위치로 가변하면서 작업하는 것이 가능하여 효율적인 정비를 가능하게 하면서 쾌적하고 안전한 작업환경을 유지할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 높이조절 가능한 지지다리와 세로바 및 가로바로 구성되는 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 상부에 컨트롤밸브를 정비하는 과정에서 발생하는 이물질이 낙하하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 구비하는 받침대와; 상기 받침대의 좌측단부 전,후방으로는 정비하고자 하는 컨트롤밸브를 받침대의 상면과 근접한 위치에서 상방으로 틸팅시켜 방향전환할 수 있게 설치하는 방향전환기와; 상기 방향전환기에는 컨트롤밸브를 정비하기 용이하도록 방향전환기의 축중심에 대한 직각방향을 유지하여 컨트롤밸브를 회전할 수 있게 설치하는 밸브장착기를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
