The water pipe connection device with excellent workability and vibration proof

An objective of the present invention is to provide a water pipe connection device with excellent workability and vibration resistance which connects both ends of different water pipes to maintain air tightness and maintain a connection state even in the presence of an external force. The water pipe connection device comprises: a connection pipe having flanges integrally formed on both sides thereof to be symmetric; a pressure ring assembled on the flanges by bolts and nuts; packing which has a first inclined surface coming in contact with a first taper hole formed on the connection pipe, and is arranged on a water pipe in a watertight manner; a lock ring having a second inclined surface coming in contact with a second taper hole formed on the pressure ring, and a cut unit formed on one side thereof to fix the water pipe; and a washer inserted between the packing and the lock ring. The pressure ring includes: the second taper hole whose inner diameter becomes larger towards the flanges; and an extension unit to form a space where an inner circumference thereof is separated from an outer circumference of the water pipe in an opposite direction of the flanges. The lock ring includes: the second inclined surface on an outer circumference thereof to correspond to the second taper hole; an extension insertion unit inserted into the extension unit; and a plurality of protruding ribs protruding inwards from an inner circumference thereof coming in contact with the water pipe. 본 발명은 서로 다른 수도관의 양 끝단을 연결하여 기밀성을 유지하면서 외력에도 연결상태가 유지되도록 하는 시공성 및 내진성이 우수한 수도관 연결장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 양측에 대칭되도록 플랜지를 일체로 형성한 연결관과, 상기 플랜지에 볼트와 너트로 조립되는 압륜과, 상기 연결관에 형성된 제1 테이퍼홀에 접하는 제1 경사면이 형성되며 수도관과 수밀되는 패킹 및 압륜에 형성된 제2 테이퍼홀에 접하는 제2 경사면이 형성되고 일측에 절개부가 형성되어 수도관을 고정하는 로크링과, 상기 패킹과 로크링 사이에 삽입한 와셔로 이루어진 수도관 연결장치에 있어서, 상기 압륜은 플랜지 방향으로 갈수록 내경이 점차 커지는 제2 테이퍼홀과, 상기 플랜지의 반대 방향에서 내경이 상기 수도관의 외경과 이격된 공간을 형성하도록 하는 연장부가 형성되며, 상기 로크링은 외경에 상기 제2 테이퍼홀에 상응하는 제2 경사면과, 상기 연장부에 삽입되는 연장 삽입부와, 수도관과 접하는 내경에는 내측으로 돌출되는 복수 개의 돌출리브가 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
