Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel intermediate of selamectin which is an antiparasitic drug, a manufacturing method thereof, and an improved method for manufacturing selamectin using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: the novel intermediate produced by a four-step synthesis process of a deglycosylation reaction, a hydrogenation reaction, an oxidation reaction, and an oximation reaction; and the improved method of selamectin using the same. The novel intermediate of selamectin according to the present invention has thermal and chemical stability and by using the novel method for manufacturing selamectin of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture selamectin having a higher synthesis yield and purity compared to existing technology. 본 발명은 항기생충 약품인 셀라멕틴(Selamectin)의 신규한 중간체와, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 셀라멕틴의 개선된 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탈당화 반응, 수소화 반응, 산화 반응, 그리고 옥심화 반응 순서의 4단계 합성 공정을 통해 생성된 신규 중간체 및 이를 이용한 셀라멕틴의 개선된 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 셀라멕틴의 중간체는 열적 및 화학적 반응의 안정성을 지니며, 상기 본 발명의 신규한 셀라멕틴의 제조방법을 이용하면 종래기술보다 향상된 합성 수율 및 순도의 셀라멕틴을 제조할 수 있다.
