Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electroluminescent display device can comprise: a thin film transistor on a substrate; an organic film on the thin film transistor; a first electrode disposed on the organic film, and connected to the thin film transistor through a contact hole of the organic film; a bank layer disposed on the organic film, and covering at least one side surface of the first electrode; a light emitting structure on the first electrode and the bank layer; a second electrode on the light emitting structure; and a penetration delay film located between the bank layer and the light emitting structure, and having at least one hole. Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to prevent outgas generated from an organic film from penetrating into a light emitting structure in a light emitting region by configuring at least one blocking film made of an inorganic material between the light emitting structure and the organic film of the electroluminescent display device, thereby preventing the reduction of a lifespan of the light emitting display device. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전계 발광 표시 장치는 기판 상의 박막 트랜지스터, 박막 트랜지스터 상의 유기막, 유기막 상에 배치되고 유기막의 컨택홀을 통하여 박막 트랜지스터와 연결된 제 1 전극, 유기막상에 배치되며 제 1 전극의 적어도 일측면을 덮는 뱅크층, 제 1 전극 및 뱅크층 상에 있는 발광 구조물, 발광 구조물 상에 있는 제 2 전극, 및 뱅크층과 발광 구조물 사이에 위치하며, 적어도 하나의 홀을 가지는 침투 지연막을 포함할 수 있다.
