Control Algorithms for the fan and winch

Provided is an algorithm configured to generate data proportional to an input value of a potentiometer and an encoder, feeding the input value to a controlled amount of a ventilation fan, and controlling the ventilation fan to interconnect with an opening position of an inlet window.
