Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a generating station simulator with a monitoring and diagnosing apparatus. The generating station simulator comprises: an integrated HMI server performing an integrating function of a human machine interface (HMI) server for a boiler of a generating station and an HMI server for a turbine; an integrated simulation server performing an integrating function of a process model, a control model, and an instructor station; and a monitoring and diagnosing apparatus transmitting and receiving a main analog signal and a binary signal specified in association with the integrated simulation server through OLE for Process Control (OPC) and diagnosing a state and generating an alarm based on information on a driving state of a specified generating station. 본 발명은 감시 진단 장치를 탑재한 발전소 시뮬레이터에 관한 것으로, 발전소 보일러용 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 서버와 터빈용 HMI 서버의 통합 기능을 수행하는 통합 HMI 서버; 공정모델과 제어모델과 강사조작반의 통합 기능을 수행하는 통합 시뮬레이션 서버; 및 상기 통합 시뮬레이션 서버에 OPC(OLE for Process Control) 통신으로 연계되어 지정된 주요 아날로그 신호와 바이너리 신호를 송신과 수신하여, 지정된 발전소 설비의 운전 상태 정보를 바탕으로, 상태를 진단하여 경보를 발생하는 감시 진단 장치;를 포함한다.
