APPARATUS FOR COUPLING AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING MOLTEN MATERIAL USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a coupling apparatus and a facility for treating molten materials using the same. According to the present invention, the coupling apparatus comprises: a coupling main frame which has an opening on a front end unit; a ball member inserted into the coupling main frame to freely protrude from the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the front end unit of the coupling main frame; a ring member supported by the outer circumferential surface of the front end unit to move forward and backward in an extending direction of the opening placed on the front end unit of the coupling main frame and to constrain any protrusion by the ball member by moving forward and backward; an elastic member placed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling main frame to elastically support the ring member in an extended direction of the opening placed on the front end unit; and a gripping unit formed to pull the ring member by using a user′s grasping power applied to a rear end unit side of the coupling main frame. According to the present invention, the coupling apparatus is able to easily fasten and separate the coupling main frame with or from an injection hole placed on a container. 본 발명은, 전단부에 개구가 구비되는 커플링 본체, 커플링 본체의 전단부의 내외주면에서 자유롭게 돌출될 수 있도록 커플링 본체에 삽입되는 볼 부재, 커플링 본체의 전단부에 구비된 개구의 연장 방향으로 전후진할 수 있도록 전단부의 외주면에 지지되고, 전후진에 의해 볼 부재의 돌출을 단속하는 링 부재, 전단부에 구비된 개구의 연장 방향으로 링 부재를 탄성 지지하도록 커플링 본체의 외주면에 배치되는 탄성 부재, 커플링 본체의 후단부측에 가해지는 사용자의 악력을 이용하여 링 부재를 당기도록 형성되는 파지 유닛을 포함하는 커플링 장치 및 이를 이용한 용융물 처리 장치로서, 용기에 구비된 주입구에 커플링 본체를 체결 및 분리하기 용이한 커플링 장치를 제시한다.
