The flat photoelectric composite cable for data transmission and reception and power supply, comprises: an optical unit for data transmission and reception; one or more power units for power supply; and a sheath layer wrapping the outside of the optical unit and the power units, wherein the thickness of the flat photoelectric composite cable is greater than the width thereof.
