APPARATUS FOR ATTACHING EDGE PROTECTOR

The present invention relates to an edge protector attaching apparatus capable of attaching a protector to the edge of a product transferred through a conveyor. The edge protector attaching apparatus includes: a turntable located on a moving route of the conveyor to transfer the product, and locating the product in a rotation area and then rotating the product around a rotation axis; an attaching module attaching the protector to the upper and lower edges of the product when the turntable is rotated; and a pressurizing module preventing the product from moving in a vertical direction to the rotation axis by pressurizing the upper part of the product towards the bottom when the protector is attached by the attaching module to the upper and lower edges of the product. 본 발명은, 컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 제품의 에지에 프로텍터를 부착하는 에지 프로텍터 부착 장치에 있어서, 상기 제품을 이송할 수 있도록 상기 컨베이어의 이동 경로에 위치하고, 상기 제품을 회전영역에 위치시킨 후, 회전축을 기준으로 회전하여 상기 제품을 회전시키는 턴테이블; 상기 턴테이블이 회전할 때, 상기 제품의 상단 에지와 상기 제품의 하단 에지에 프로텍터를 부착하는 부착모듈; 및 상기 부착모듈에 의해 상기 프로텍터가 상기 상단 에지와 상기 하단 에지에 부착될 때, 상기 제품의 상부를 하측으로 가압하여 상기 제품이 상기 회전축과 수직한 방향으로 이동하는 것을 방지하는 가압모듈을 포함하는 에지 프로텍터 부착 장치를 제공한다.
