The present invention relates to a teat cleaner for cleaning a teat of a milk cow. According to the present invention, the teat cleaner comprises: a cleaning cup case made of a transparent material and formed in a cylindrical shape with one opened front surface, and having a cleaning brush operating device embedded therein; and a base housing coupled to the other side part of the cleaning cup case to be sealed, wherein a motor is mounted in one space to generate rotational force, a drain space and a drain for securing a drain pass of used cleaning water formed in the other space, and a cleaning water supply line and a chemical supply line mounted in an upper space. The cleaning brush operation device comprises: a forward/backward conversion unit receiving and converting driving force from the motor into front and rear reciprocating motion; and a cleaning brush operating unit operating a teat portion cleaning brush and an outer teat portion cleaning brush by the front and rear reciprocating motion and clockwise/anticlockwise rotating motion by the driving force.
