Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a noise reducing device. The noise reducing device of the present invention includes: an outer shell forming an outward shape having an entrance through which an air current flows and an exit through which the air current is discharged; and a first resonance container installed in the outer shell in a longitudinal direction and having a first noise offsetting space therein while having a structure in which one end close to the entrance is closed and the other end close to the exit is opened. 본 발명은 소음 저감 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 소음 저감 장치는 기류가 유입되는 입구와 기류가 빠져나가는 출구를 갖는 외형을 구성하는 외통; 및 상기 외통 내부에 길이방향으로 설치되고, 상기 입구에 가까운 일단은 막혀있고 상기 출구에 가까운 타단은 오픈된 구조로 내부에 제1소음 상쇄 공간을 갖는 제1공명통을 포함할 수 있다.
