According to the present invention, provided is a functional beverage composition having increased antioxidant activity and enhanced palatability by containing an extract component of black sticky rice with giant embryo and sprout ginseng having excellent antioxidant ability. 본 발명은 흑찰거대배아미와 새싹인삼 혼합물의 추출물을 포함하는 항산화 활성 증진용 음료 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 뛰어난 항산화능을 갖는 흑찰거대배아미와 새싹인삼의 추출 성분을 함유함으로써 항산화 활성이 증대되고, 기호성이 향상된 기능성 음료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
