Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device (400) to fix tubes before regular welding. The device (400) comprises: a first body (100) and a second body (200) each of which has a predetermined length while having a space unit (300) for a flange to be inserted therebetween; a first mounting unit (110) formed at one end on the first body (100) for a tube to be installed thereon; and a second mounting unit (210) formed at the other end on the second body (200) for a tube or a shaft to be installed thereon. According to the present invention, the device is easy to carry and can be installed in a short time. At the same time, the device can perform size setting and automatic precision and therefore, directly enables root pass welding without temporary welding by fixing the tubes in a short time before the root pass welding. Also, the horizontal control align fit-up device for a connection unit of an aluminum tube of an aircraft of the present invention is advantageous in terms of use by conveniently fixing the tubes. 본 고안은 본 용접 전에 튜브와 튜브를 고정시키기 위한 장치(400)에 관한 것으로서, 일정한 길이를 가지면서 중간에는 플랜지가 들어갈 수 있도록 공간부(300)가 형성된 제1 몸체(100), 제2 몸체(200)와; 튜브가 안착될 수 있도록 제1 몸체(100)상의 일측단에 형성된 제1 안착부(110)와; 튜브 또는 샤프트가 안착될 수 있도록 상기 제2 몸체(200)상의 타측단에 형성된 제 2 안착부(210)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 고안에 따르면 휴대가 간편하고 단시간에 장착이 가능하며 동시에 자동 정도 및 치수 세팅이 가능하므로 초층 용접 전에 튜브와 튜브 단시간에 고정시켜서 가용접 없이 곧바로 초층 용접이 가능하다. 또한, 본 고안의 항공기 알루미늄 튜브 연결부 수평 조절 얼라인 핏업 장치를 튜브와 튜브를 편리하게 고정시킬 수 있으므로 활용도 측면에서도 유리하다.
