Zusammenfassung: | The present invention manufactures a substrate including an electrostatic capacity type touch input unit using a film insert injection molding. The present invention arranges two sheets of films and forms a graphic printing layer having a graphic image of a touch input unit on the rear side of a first film, and forms a printing circuit layer including an electrode of the touch input unit by using conductive ink on the front side of a second film. Then, the present invention arranges a separated space unit maintaining pores of 1.5-3 mm in first and second films as a graphic printing layer of the first film and a printed circuit layer of the second film face each other while the first film on which the graphic printing layer is formed and the second film on which the printed circuit layer is formed are inserted into a cavity of an insert mold. By the above, the present invention obtains a substrate having a touch input unit, in which the first film having the graphic printing layer including the graphic image of the touch input unit and the second film having the printed circuit layer including the electrode of the touch input unit are bound with an injection resin middle layer, by injecting insulating type injection resin melt solution into the separated space unit between the first and second films, performing an insert injection molding, and performing detachment. The present invention does not need complex manufacturing processes.
본 발명은 두 장의 필름을 마련하되 제1 필름의 배면 상에는 터치입력부의 그래픽이미지를 갖는 그래픽 인쇄층을 형성하고, 제2 필름의 전면 상에는 전도성잉크를 이용하여 터치입력부의 전극을 포함한 인쇄회로층을 형성한 후, 그래픽 인쇄층이 형성된 제1 필름과 인쇄회로층이 형성된 제2 필름을 인서트 금형의 캐비티에 인서트 시키되 제1 필름의 그래픽 인쇄층과 제2 필름의 인쇄회로층이 서로 대향하며 제1,제2 필름 간이 1.5~3mm의 공극을 유지하는 이격공간부를 마련한 다음, 절연성 사출수지용융액을 제1,제2 필름 사이의 이격공간부에 주입하여서 인서트 사출성형하고 탈형하여서 터치입력부의 그래픽이미지가 포함된 그래픽 인쇄층을 갖는 제1 필름과 터치입력부의 전극이 포함된 인쇄회로층을 갖는 제2 필름이 사출수지중간층으로 접합된 터치입력부를 갖는 기판을 얻음으로써, 필름인서트 사출성형을 이용한 정전용량방식 터치입력부를 포함한 기판을 제조한다. |
