The composition of the present invention comprises: a complex herbal extract consisting of a Pueraria lobata extract and an Artemisia capillaris extract; and an L-aspartic acid as active ingredients. According to the present invention, an effect of preventing and treating alcoholic liver diseases such as alcoholic hepatitis, alcoholic fatty liver, hepatocirrhosis, and liver cancer is excellent. 본 발명은 갈화 추출물, 인진 추출물, 사인 추출물 및 진피 추출물로 구성된 복합 생약 추출물; 및 L-아스파르트산;을 유효성분으로 포함하는 체내 알코올 분해 촉진용 조성물이 제공된다.
