Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cellulose nanoparticle dispersion for transferring intracellular C1 gas containing cellulose nanoparticles into which at least one selected from the group consisting of fatty acids, acetic anhydride, a tannin-iron complex, a gallic acid-iron complex and a humic acid-iron complex is introduced; and a method for producing the same. The present invention makes it possible to efficiently use gas having biocompatibility without cytoxicity and low solubility in water in an aqueous solution by using the cellulose nanoparticles, thereby being useful for obtaining a bioconversion product through a microbial strain in a biological conversion process.
본 발명은 지방산, 아세트산무수물, 타닌-철 복합체, 갈산-철 복합체 및 휴믹산-철 복합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상이 도입된 셀룰로오스 나노입자를 포함하는 세포내 C1 가스 전달용 셀룰로오스 나노입자 분산액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 셀룰로오스 나노입자를 사용하여 세포 독성이 없어 생체적합함과 동시에 물에 용해도가 낮은 가스를 수용액 중에서 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하여, 생물전환 공정에서 미생물 균주를 통해 생물전환 생성물을 얻는 데에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다. |
