Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a touch display device having a structure capable of preventing a short circuit between touch electrodes and a panel thereof. According to the present invention, the touch display device comprises a panel having a plurality of touch electrodes arranged thereon and a touch sensing circuit driving the panel to sense a touch and/or a touch position. Adjacent first and second touch electrodes among the touch electrodes are electrically separated and one or more external dummy metals spaced apart from the first and second touch electrodes are arranged in a boundary area of the first and second touch electrodes. 본 발명의 실시예들은, 터치표시장치 및 패널에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 터치전극 사이에 외부 더미메탈을 배치시킴으로써, 터치전극 간의 단락이 방지될 수 있는 구조를 갖는 터치표시장치 및 패널에 관한 것이다.
