Therefore, this invention can prevent environmental pollution due to leakage of the waste oil. 본 발명은 폐유수집장치 및 이를 포함하는 공작기계에 관한 것으로서, 폐유를 수집하는 폐유통; 및 상기 폐유통의 외부로 폐유가 누출되는 것을 방지하는 누출방지장치;를 포함할 수 있다. 이에 의하여, 폐유가 누출되어 환경오염이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
