Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a peelable paint composition comprising: 60 to 95 wt% of urea-modified polyurethane water-dispersion represented by chemical formula 1; 0.1 to 30 wt% of polyvinyl butyral or polyvinyl alcohol water-dispersion; and an additional additive. According to the present invention, by using the urea-modified polyurethane water-dispersion which is chemically and physically superior to polyvinyl acetate or a polyvinyl butyral resin which is conventionally used as a resin of an aqueous peelable paint composition, the peelable paint composition is excellent for material surface protection through improving water resistance, rust prevention properties, coating film strength and tensile strength of a coating film. 본 발명의 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 우레아 변성 폴리우레탄 수분산액 60 내지 95 중량%; 폴리비닐부티랄 또는 폴리비닐알콜 수분산액 0.1 내지 30중량%; 및 여분의 첨가제를 포함하는 박리성 도료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수성 박리성 도료 조성물의 수지로써 기존에 상용되고 있는 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지보다 화학적, 물리적으로 우수한 우레아 변성 폴리우레탄 수분산액을 사용함으로써 도막의 내수성, 방청성, 도막강도 및 인장강도의 향상을 통해 본래의 목적인 소재 표면보호에 우수하다.
