Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a flexible electroluminescent display device comprises: a flexible substrate including a display region and a bending region extending from one side of the display region and bent; a thin film transistor and a light emitting element on a display region; a touch screen panel on the display region of the flexible substrate; a touch circuit board connected to the touch screen panel and bent at the outside of the bending region; a polarizing plate on the touch screen panel and covering a part of the touch circuit board; and a step difference compensating member which is adjacent to the touch circuit substrate and contacts the upper surface of the touch screen panel and the lower surface of the polarizing plate. Accordingly, a bezel area can be minimized. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 플렉시블 전계발광 표시장치는 표시영역, 및 표시영역의 일측에서 연장되어 벤딩된 벤딩영역을 포함하는 플렉시블 기판, 표시영역 상에 있는 박막트랜지스터 및 발광소자, 플렉시블 기판의 표시영역 상에 있는 터치스크린패널, 터치스크린패널과 연결되며 벤딩영역의 외곽에서 벤딩된 터치회로기판, 터치스크린패널 상에 있으며, 터치회로기판의 일부를 덮는 편광판, 및 터치회로기판과 인접하며, 터치스크린패널의 상면 및 편광판의 하면과 접하는 단차보상부재를 포함하여 베젤영역을 최소화할 수 있다.
